ListingTune is a listing optimization workspace for Etsy sellers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about your information. It applies to the ListingTune website, optimizer, account area, billing flows, emails, and related support channels.

We do not need access to your Etsy shop account to provide the current optimizer workflow. You control what listing content you paste or import, and you decide what to copy back into Etsy.

  • Browser-captured listing data if you choose to use the browser import helper
  • Optimization results, scores, issues, suggested tags, descriptions, next actions, model/provider metadata, credits used, and saved history

Please do not paste customer personal data, private shop messages, payment details, or other sensitive information into the optimizer. The tool is designed for listing copy, not for processing private customer records.

3. Billing, Usage, and Technical Information

We may collect or receive information related to credits, subscriptions, payment status, security, and site operation:

  • Plan, subscription, order, credit balance, credit history, referral reward, and refund status
  • Payment confirmation and customer identifiers from payment processors such as Stripe or Creem, depending on checkout availability
  • Device, browser, IP address, approximate location, session, referral, UTM, and security challenge data
  • Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, preferences, attribution, analytics, security, and service reliability

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to operate and improve ListingTune. In particular, we use it to:

  • Provide listing audits, generated recommendations, saved history, exports, credits, subscriptions, and support
  • Send your submitted listing content to configured AI model providers only as needed to generate optimization results
  • Process payments, verify successful orders, grant or revoke credits, and manage subscriptions or refunds
  • Protect accounts, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and maintain service reliability
  • Send product updates, Etsy listing tips, and marketing emails only when you subscribe or otherwise opt in

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only as needed for the following purposes:

  • Service Providers: With third-party service providers who help with hosting, databases, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, AI generation, analytics, error monitoring, security, or customer support

  • AI Providers: Listing content you submit may be sent to configured AI providers to generate optimization results.

  • Payment card details are handled by payment processors, not stored directly by ListingTune

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login method secure and for avoiding sensitive customer or payment data in listing inputs.

We keep account, billing, credit, and optimization records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your history, meet legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and operate the product. If you delete your account or request deletion, some records may be retained where required for security, billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
