Welcome to ListingTune. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ListingTune website, listing optimization workspace, account area, billing flows, saved history, exports, emails, and related support channels.
ListingTune helps Etsy sellers review and improve listing titles, tags, descriptions, buyer-intent coverage, and copy-ready next actions. It is not an Etsy shop management service, and it does not automatically edit, publish, or overwrite your Etsy listings.
By using ListingTune, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using credits, you agree to these Terms.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login method secure, and all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly.
You retain ownership of listing content, product information, shop materials, and other text you submit to ListingTune. You grant us a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide the optimizer, saved history, support, security, billing, and related product functions.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated suggestions before using them. You should verify product facts, dimensions, materials, delivery details, licensing, copyright, trademark safety, shipping promises, and marketplace compliance before publishing anything on Etsy or another marketplace.
Do not submit private customer messages, payment data, health data, government IDs, or other sensitive personal information to the optimizer.
You agree not to use ListingTune to:
ListingTune may offer free credits, subscription credits, referral credits, admin-granted credits, or one-time credit packs. One successful listing optimization normally consumes 1 credit. Failed generations should not consume credits, but credit balances may be adjusted to correct technical, billing, abuse, or refund issues.
Subscription credits, plan benefits, saved history access, and export access depend on your current plan and the product rules shown on the pricing page or account area. Subscription credits may reset each billing period and may not roll over unless explicitly stated.
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or Creem, depending on checkout availability. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for paid plans, renewals, taxes, and applicable fees.
You may cancel a subscription through the account or billing management flow when available. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved under our Refund Policy.
Generated output is a draft and recommendation aid. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable for your product. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any suggestion.
ListingTune does not guarantee Etsy ranking, traffic, impressions, clicks, conversion rate, revenue, or sales. Etsy results depend on many factors outside our control, including product demand, pricing, photos, reviews, competition, shipping, shop history, and marketplace policies.
ListingTune is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Etsy, Inc. The term "Etsy" is used only to describe compatibility and seller workflow context.
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse credits, attempt payment fraud, or create security risks.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, permanent availability of every feature, or compatibility with every Etsy page or third-party service.
The ListingTune website, interface, software, brand, documentation, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misuse them except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the product without obligation to compensate you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingTune and its suppliers, partners, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-loss damages, including lost profits, lost data, marketplace ranking changes, account actions by third parties, or lost sales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of ListingTune after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
